My love for making a house a home started when my husband and I were raising our three daughters. I became interested in real estate because I love seeing the potential in a home and having the opportunity to help my clients find their dream home.

I was born and raised in Seneca and now live in Baileyville with my high school sweetheart. I've worked in the Seneca community as a dental assistant for 31 years, and have been with the Seneca Dental PA the past 19 years.

I'm the proud Nana of 7 granddaughters and 1 grandson. I've always enjoyed crafts and sewing, and they provide me with many more opportunities to do so now. While my sewing machine runs all winter, in the summer you can found me out boating or on an ATV exploring the countryside. I would love to help you find the home of your dreams.

Brian grew up on a family dairy and beef cattle farm near Kelly, KS.  It was there he learned to work hard and what it means to respect and care for the land.  He feels blessed to have grown up on a farm and to have learned the values that come with that lifestyle.  His love of agriculture has always guided his professional and personal life.  Brain still raises registered beef cattle and lives in northern Jackson County near Holton.  Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Collete and their blended family of 9 kids and 8 grandkids.  He also likes traveling, and watching sports.

After completing business college, he began his work career as an accountant in the dairy manufacturing industry.  An eventual transition into appraisal work as a rural appraiser led to his interest in real estate.  He later spent 5 years with an affordable housing agency working with first-time homebuyers on down payment assistance.  He also provided homebuyer education, managed a housing repair assistance program for seniors and worked as a property manager.  In recent years he was able to return to his agriculture roots and currently serves as the District Manager at the Jackson County Conservation District. He oversees the State Cost-Share programs for conservation, provides soil health workshops, field days, and youth education programs.  He will now combine his agricultural and housing knowledge to assist clients with their real estate needs in Northeast Kansas.  Brian would enjoy assisting you with your needs.
